Sharing & Permissions
Invite another verified user and decide exactly what that user may do.
Dataset permissions
ViewOpen the Dataset and review permitted records.
AddCreate new records.
EditEdit records according to shared access and ownership.
DeleteDelete permitted records.
Add Dropdown DataAdd a new option to an allowed Preset Dropdown during entry.
Invitation flow
The recipient receives a Notice Center invitation and must accept it. Accounts awaiting email verification cannot receive a Dataset share.
Container sharing
A Container share makes all Datasets inside it available under the chosen View, Add, Edit and Delete permissions.
