Records
A record is one complete entry stored inside a Dataset.
Add and edit
Add Record opens as a full page on desktop and mobile. Complete required elements, add Child Data or tasks where needed, then save. Use Pin to Follow Up to place the record in Pinned Follow Up.
Dataset View
Each record is displayed in its own card. Only populated values appear in the compact view. Open the eye action to review the full record, where empty values are shown with a dash.
Search and ownership
Search records from Dataset View. A record created by a shared user displays that user's name, while permissions determine whether the record can be edited or deleted.
Generate a clean record PDF. Text Area formatting is converted into readable text and uploaded-file captions are included where available.
