Datasets

A Dataset is a configurable structure for a collection of related records.

Create and structure

1. Select New Dataset.
2. Choose Blank Dataset, a Sample Dataset, or Create from Plugin.
3. For a Sample Dataset, review the example structure and choose whether to include example records.
4. Select Create Dataset; the application creates it and opens Dataset View.
5. Edit the structure afterward whenever required.

Sample choices include Notepad, Meeting, Lecture Note Taking, Daily Expenses, Survey Dataset, Attendance Dataset and Registration Form. Every sample includes an editable example Instruction. Example data is optional, and the PDF Header remains empty.

Depending on permission, actions include View, Add Record, Edit, Report, Insights, Pin, Share, Add to Container, Duplicate, Export as Plugin and Delete.

Plugin Dataset

Export a Dataset structure for reuse. Preset values may optionally be replaced with Data 1 and Data 2 before the Plugin is saved.
