Where should I begin?
Create one Dataset for a process you already understand, add only the Elements you need and enter a few real records.
How do I organise many Datasets?
Create a Container and add related Datasets to it. The Container becomes an isolated workspace and may be shared as one unit.
Can a shared user change my data?
Only according to the View, Add, Edit and Delete permissions you grant. Record ownership remains visible.
Where are Preset Dropdowns managed?
Open the Dataset and select Dropdowns. Preset lists belong to that Dataset.
How do I create a chart?
Open Insights, select a Dataset and supported element, choose the calculation, then generate the table and chart. Save it or pin it to Home if needed.
Can Child Data contain another Child Data?
No. Child Data is a single repeatable layer within its parent record.
What files can I upload?
Eligible accounts may upload PDF, JPEG and PNG files up to 3MB each.
