Reports & Insights

Reports present detailed records. Insights summarise structured values and display them as tables and charts.

Reports

Select a Dataset, apply available filters and review records in a table. Text Area content is presented as readable text, task lists use bullets and actions follow the user's Dataset permissions. Likert Scale values remain visible in results but are not included in report filters.

Insights

Generate summaries from Preset Dropdown, Link to Dataset, Yes / No and Likert Scale elements. Likert is treated as a numeric statistical response using Count only; Sum and Average are not applied to Likert results.

CountNumber of matching records for each option.

SumTotal from the selected numeric element.

PercentageDistribution based on Count or Sum.

AverageAverage using the selected numeric basis.

Segment modeSummarise supported elements below one Segment.

Date filteringChoose All Years, All Months or a specific year and month.

Save and pin

Name and save a generated Insight for later use. Up to four charts can be pinned to Home; pinned cards can be reordered and opened for full details. When Insights is opened from Dataset View, use Back to Dataview beside Saved & Pin in the Insights header to return to that Dataset.
