Preview reports and export to Excel

The report page is the main place to review stored records in a structured table. It is also where users can apply filters and perform search before export.

Report functions

• Select a dataset.
• Preview records in table form.
• Search within records.
• Apply available filters such as dropdown-based filtering.
• Download the report as an Excel file.

Excel output

The current direction includes public-entry IP information in export when relevant. This is especially useful for reviewing external submissions and tracing repeated activity.

Typical report review flow

1. Choose the dataset.
2. Confirm the displayed record set.
3. Apply filters for narrower review.
4. Run a search if you need a specific keyword or value.
5. Download Excel for sharing or offline analysis.
