Understand the workspace
Quiix is easiest to learn when users know where each task happens. The main interface centers around Home, My Data, Create Set, Report, and Analytics, with supporting pages for shared datasets, public datasets, templates, reminders, and settings.
Create a dataset
Start with a clear dataset title and a short description. Then add only the fields you truly need. Cleaner structures usually lead to better data quality.
Add records
Internal users can enter records directly in Quiix. This is the preferred workflow when the dataset is being maintained by staff or assigned collaborators.
Enable public entry
Public entry lets external people submit data without needing a Quiix account. This is useful for open forms and intake processes.
Share safely
Dataset owners can share access with another user by email. This is the best option when collaboration is needed but structure changes should remain under owner control.
Review reports and analytics
Once data has been collected, move to reporting and analytics. This is where Quiix becomes useful for follow-up decisions, checking category trends, and preparing exports.
