Data Workspace Guide

Organise with Containers

A Container keeps related Datasets together as one focused workspace.

Pro feature: My Containers is displayed only for Pro, Plus and Enterprise accounts. Free users continue to manage Datasets without the Containers menu.
Create a Container

Give it a clear name, description and icon.

Add Datasets

Use Add to Container from a Dataset action menu.

Share the workspace

Choose View, Add, Edit and Delete access for the recipient.

Linked records

Link to Dataset connects Datasets inside the same Container.

Container actions

  • Share, Edit or Export the Container as a Plugin.
  • On mobile, open these actions from the three-dot menu.
  • Deleting a Container moves its Datasets and Preset Dropdowns to Recycle Bin.
