Records are the individual entries stored inside a Dataset.
Full-page entry
Add Record uses the full workspace on desktop and mobile.
Compact and detailed views
Cards show populated values; the eye action opens the complete record.
Follow-up
Select Pin to Follow Up for records that need later attention.
Practical tip
Use search to find records quickly and Reports when you need a filtered table.
Shared records
- Shared-user actions follow permissions selected by the Dataset owner.
- The creator's name identifies records entered by a shared user.
- Deleted records can be reviewed from Recycle Bin.
