Generate analytics for eligible datasets
Quiix includes a chart-based analytics page for datasets that meet the current field requirements.
How analytics selection works
- Choose a dataset from the analytics picker.
- Choose a compatible dropdown element.
- Choose a compatible total value element.
- Generate the chart.
Current eligibility guidance
The interface indicates that only datasets with a dropdown or yes/no field and a calculated number, amount, or yes/no total can generate the chart.
What analytics is good for
- Quick visual summaries
- Comparing category totals
- Spotting dominant response groups
- Sharing high-level findings with stakeholders
Shared users are allowed to open analytics for datasets that were shared with them.
Current limitation
Likert-style analytics has been intentionally deferred because it is better handled in a dedicated survey workflow later.
