Collaborate with other registered users.
Purpose
Shared Data allows a dataset owner to grant access to another user without transferring ownership.
Typical workflow
- Open the dataset sharing settings
- Invite a user by email or account identifier
- Choose access permissions
- Save the sharing rule
- Review or remove access when no longer needed
Important rule
Shared users can work with records according to permission, but they should not modify the dataset structure.
