Control what shared users can do.
Common permissions
- View records
- Add records
- Edit records
- Delete records
- View analytics
- Export data
Principle of least access
Give users only the permission they need. For example, a data entry user may only need Add Records, while a manager may need View Analytics and Export.
Review regularly
Remove shared access when a user changes role, leaves a project or no longer requires the dataset.
