Today, almost everyone works with data, whether we consciously think about it as “data” or not. Names, contacts, project information, research findings, customer records, documents, expenses, observations, activities and follow-up actions are all forms of data that we deal with every day. For professionals and executives in particular, having accurate and well-organised information is increasingly important for maintaining productivity and making better decisions.
However, much of our information is still managed using traditional methods. We write things in notebooks, keep records on paper, maintain separate spreadsheets, store documents in different folders, or sometimes rely on messages and emails to remember important information. These methods may work initially, but as the amount of information grows, finding the right information at the right time can become increasingly difficult.
This is one of the ideas behind Quiix. We believe there should be a gradual shift from paper-based management towards data-based management. For new users, Quiix may require a little time to understand because it is designed to be flexible rather than limited to one specific type of information. Our suggestion is to start small. Create one Dataset based on something you currently manage using paper, a notebook or a spreadsheet. Add several records and explore how the information can be organised and retrieved. Once the concept becomes familiar, it becomes much easier to see how Quiix can fit into other areas of your work.
We also want Quiix to remain accessible. Approximately 95% of the standard Quiix experience is available through the Free plan. The Free subscription is intended to be genuinely useful on its own, rather than simply functioning as a demonstration of the paid version.
The Pro and Plus plans are mainly intended for users who require higher quotas, greater capacity and selected advanced functionality. These differences are designed so that they do not significantly affect the normal experience of standard Free users. If your requirements are relatively straightforward, you can continue using Quiix without feeling that every useful function requires an upgrade.
Ultimately, Quiix is about encouraging a better culture of managing information. Moving from paper-based to data-based management does not need to happen all at once. It can begin with one Dataset, one activity or one collection of records. Over time, having better organised information can make everyday work easier, improve productivity and provide greater confidence when information is needed to support a decision.
