1.01. Overview
Quiix is a data management and dataset builder platform that allows users to create datasets, define custom fields, collect records, enable public forms, share datasets, analyse information and export data. This Privacy Policy explains how Quiix handles personal data and platform information when users access or use the service.
By using Quiix, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use the service.
2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy should be read together with Quiix's End User License Agreement, Terms of Service and any additional policies or notices made available through the platform.
3. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Quiix, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, password credentials, subscription status and profile settings.
- Usage information: login activity, dashboard usage, dataset activity, analytics usage, export activity and feature interactions.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, access time, referral information and security logs.

4. Dataset Content and User Data
Users may create datasets, custom fields, records, uploaded files, images, form submissions, notes and other content through Quiix. Users retain ownership of their own dataset content. Quiix does not claim ownership over user-created datasets or records.
Quiix processes dataset content only for the purpose of providing the service, including storing records, displaying data, enabling analytics, supporting exports, applying permissions and delivering public form functionality.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any personal data collected through their datasets or public forms is collected lawfully and with appropriate notice or consent where required.
5. How We Use Information
Quiix may use information for the following purposes:
- to create, authenticate and manage user accounts;
- to operate dataset builder, public data, shared data, analytics, QR code, CAPTCHA and export features;
- to maintain platform security, prevent abuse, investigate suspicious activity and protect users;
- to process subscriptions, plan limits and billing-related records;

- to improve performance, usability, reliability and product features;
- to comply with applicable legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.
6. Public Data and Public Forms
Quiix allows users to enable public data submission through public forms or public URLs. When a public form is enabled, third parties may submit information into a dataset controlled by the dataset owner.
Public form submissions may include submitted field values, submission timestamps, IP addresses and other security-related metadata. These logs help protect against spam, abuse and unauthorised activity.
The dataset owner is responsible for the content, purpose and legality of each public form, including providing appropriate privacy notices to respondents where required.
9. Security
Quiix uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect account information and user data. These may include authentication controls, permission management, CAPTCHA protection, access logging, secure hosting practices and encrypted communication where available.
No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials, using strong passwords and ensuring that access is granted only to trusted users.
10. Data Retention
Quiix retains account information and dataset content for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and maintain backups.
Users may export their data where export features are available. Deleted records or datasets may remain in backups for a limited period before permanent removal according to operational backup cycles.
11. Disclosure of Information
Quiix does not sell user datasets or personal information. Information may be disclosed only in limited circumstances, such as:
- to service providers that help operate hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, security or support;
- to comply with applicable laws, court orders, regulatory requests or lawful enforcement actions;
- to protect the rights, safety, security and integrity of Quiix, users or the public;
- as part of a business transfer, merger, acquisition or restructuring, subject to appropriate safeguards.
12. User Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction on the processing of their personal data. Users may also update their account information within the platform where such functionality is available.
Requests may be subject to identity verification and may be limited where retention is required for legal, security, operational or contractual reasons.
13. Children and Minors
Quiix is not intended for use by children without appropriate parental, guardian or organisational supervision. Users must not knowingly collect personal data from children through public forms unless they have the lawful authority and consent required to do so.
