Yes. The Free plan includes core data-management capabilities. Paid plans provide higher capacity and selected advanced capabilities.

A Dataset is the main container for related information. Examples include Customer Database, Research Participants, Student Progress, Animal Treatment Records and Project Issues.

A Segment groups related Elements into a section, such as Personal Information, Contact Information or Business Information.

An Element defines one piece of information to collect—for example Name as Text, Date of Birth as Date, Income as Amount or Status as a selection.

A Record is an actual entry created from a Dataset structure. A Customer Database defines what to collect; each customer added is a Record.

Dataset → Segment → Element → Record. The Dataset defines the database, Segments organize sections, Elements define fields and Records contain the entered data.

Yes. You can design your own Segments and Elements or begin with an available Plugin Dataset and adapt it.

Quiix supports text, longer text, numbers, amounts, dates, Yes/No, selections, Likert Scale, links, reminders, tasks, supported uploads, photos and other structured element types.

Yes, but changes should be made carefully when a Dataset already contains important Records.

Limits depend on the subscription plan. Free supports getting started and regular personal use, while Pro and Plus provide higher capacity.

Open the relevant Dataset, select Add Record, complete its Elements and save the Record.

Yes, subject to your access permissions. Deleted items may first move to the Recycle Bin before permanent removal.

Yes. Quiix provides record search and Dataset reporting filters; available filters depend on the Dataset structure.

Yes. Single File Upload supports eligible file types, while Multiple File Upload depends on the subscription plan. Photo accepts JPG and PNG images. Storage quotas apply.

Supported import features allow structured information to be brought into Quiix. Availability may depend on format, structure and plan.

Yes. Reports can present, filter, review and export Dataset information. Insights can summarize eligible statistical Elements.

Yes. Dataset owners can grant controlled access to other registered users where sharing is available.

Private collaboration normally requires a Quiix account. Public Entry allows people to submit information without normal Dataset access.

Their actions depend on the permissions granted. Sharing does not transfer ownership or expose unrelated Datasets.

Public Entry collects submissions without giving respondents Dataset access. It is useful for questionnaires, registrations, applications, surveys and field submissions.

Quiix applies security controls to accounts, access and stored information. Users should also use strong passwords and protect their devices.

Uploaded files are encrypted, and optional record-text encryption is available for supported text values. Protection depends on the data type and enabled security features.

Datasets are not public by default. Access depends on ownership, sharing permissions and public features you deliberately enable.

All plans support structured data management. Differences mainly concern capacity, quotas, storage and selected advanced features. Check Plan Info for current limits.
